While ADHD is commonly associated with childhood, it is estimated that over 2.5% of adults globally continue to experience significant symptoms into adulthood. What Does Adult ADHD Look Like?

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in adults may present differently than in children. While hyperactivity may lessen, difficulties with attention, impulsivity, organization and emotional regulation often persist. Adults with ADHD might struggle with time management, forgetfulness, restlessness or frequent job changes. These challenges can lead to frustration, low self-esteem or even conditions like anxiety or depression.
