How Does Psychotherapy Work?

Talk therapy sessions are typically 30-60 minutes. It is important to be open and honest during these sessions.

When You Should Seek Therapy?

There are many signs that can help you recognize, and one of the most common signs is a sense of feeling that you suddenly start feeling stress.
  • Do not act or think aggressively about harming anyone, including yourself.
  • Start drinking alcohol or taking drugs.
  • Suddenly, I start feeling sad or lonely.
  • Unable to think properly or focus on something.
