What are the main findings? Response: Numerous trials have demonstrated that Endovascular therapy is strongly beneficial for emergent large vessel stroke patients. The majority of patients in those trials were treated with Stent retrievers.  COMPASS was designed to evaluate a different type of Endovascular therapy called aspiration Thrombectomy.  (more…)
