WeightControl.com:  What is the background for this study?

Response: The benefit of Moderate-to-Vigorous Physical Activity (MVPA) on weight management is widely recognized. We found that timing also matters. Individuals who accumulated MVPA in the early morning had lower BMI and WC, compared to those whose MVPA were in the midday or evening.

WeightControl.com: What should readers take away from your report?

Response: Morning workout is a promising tool for weight management..

WeightControl.com: What recommendations do you have for future research as a result of this work?

Response: We should conduct a clinical trial to confirm the finding and try to explain why morning Moderate-to-Vigorous Physical Activity might be better than MVPA at other times of day for weight loss.
